L’Oréal Promotes Purcell To Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer for North America

She previously served as the region's chief transformation officer and chief operations officer.

Happi International Top 30 Company L’Oréal announced the appointment of Rahquel Purcell as chief diversity, equity & inclusion officer, North America, effective immediately.

Reporting to L’Oréal USA CEO Alexis Perakis-Valat, Purcell brings extensive operational and transformational leadership having previously served as the zone’s chief transformation officer and chief operations officer.

Purcell succeeds Liliahn Majeed and will further advance the company’s inclusive culture and drive growth.
